As summer winds down, AHA is welcoming September with opportunities to reconnect, learn, and build community. This month’s newsletter celebrates the return of AHA Happy Hours and introduces Band of Neighbors & Brew, a new monthly gathering for AHA veterans to share stories, resources, and camaraderie.
Members can also discover exciting learning opportunities through Encore Learning, attend a Downsizing Seminar, explore research studies for older adults, participate in Virginia’s statewide aging services survey, and learn about upcoming community programs including the Fall Senior Academy and Falls Prevention Fair.
