About this event

Understanding Grief: An Educational Series

Grief is something we all experience—but that doesn't mean we always understand it.

Join At Home in Alexandria for a three-part educational series designed to help us better understand grief, how it affects us, and how we can support ourselves and others through loss.

Session 2: Grief Across Experiences and Communities
Explore how grief is unique to each person while also recognizing experiences that may be shared across different communities and circumstances. We'll discuss different forms of grief and learn how to ask the important question: “How can I help you?”
